In this video, I talk about an unfortunate experience my son had recently. His Gmail account was hacked, and the hacker maliciously deleted his Minecraft and Roblox accounts. And the tech companies behind those products didn't care. I use this cautionary tale as the basis for a more general discussion about taking the control of our identities out of the hands of corporations and into our own hands.
