How Big is Big Data? NM Tech Council

The NM Tech Council meeting had speaker Robert "Bruce" Pitt as their presenter on October 19th, 2021.

The New Mexico Technology Council (NMTC) is a member-driven association of businesses, organizations and tech professionals working together to promote the growth and success of New Mexico’s technology business sectors. With so much hype about “big data” and the industry pushing everyone to support “big data”, the following questions arise: How many people have big data? How big is big data really? Isn’t it all subjective? and Don’t we really care about the analytical and visualization tools no matter what we call our data size?
